On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the University of Windsor Act, 1962-63, as amended, Elaine Whitmore, of Windsor, be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor for a period of three years, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 574/2015, dated the 6th day of May, 2015, appointing David Mady as a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor be revoked.
