On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 3470/81, dated December 10, 1981, Dr. A. Slowey was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. A. Slowey has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 30, 2012;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 3470/81, dated December 10, 1981, appointing Dr. A. Slowey as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
