On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Ann Pollack of Fort Frances, Ontario as Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1540/2022 and dated November 24, 2022, be revoked effective October 25, 2023.
