On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the City of Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Board was continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 on April 1, 2024,

Therefore, pursuant to section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,

Ian D. M. MacKenzie of Sault Ste. Marie

be further reappointed as a member of the City of Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of February 28, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
