On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 10(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Ian McKillop of Guelph be appointed as a part-time member and designated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 10(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1524/2024 dated November 28, 2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
