Order in Council 604/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(5) of the Liquor Control Act,

1. 1. The Chair of the board of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $350.00 per diem;
   2. The Vice-Chair of the board of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $250.00 per diem; and
   3. The other members of the board of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $200.00 per diem.
2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.

And Order in Council 3025/86 dated November 19, 1986, Order in Council 1069/91 dated May 8, 1991 and Order in Council 932/2007 dated May 3, 2007 are hereby revoked.
