On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Ken Bednarek of Ottawa be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Ken Bednarek was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective June 5, 2025 and ending January 20, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 736/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 736/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
