On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 806/2025, dated June 19, 2025, Katie Bodenstein is appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

And whereas it is desirable to designate Katie Bodenstein as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Katie Bodenstein is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending on June 18, 2028.
