On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Julia Fogarty was reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 17, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 251/2024;

And whereas Julia Fogarty tendered her resignation effective April 20, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, Order in Council O.C. 251/2024 be revoked effective April 20, 2024.
