On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 30(4) of the Professional Geoscientists Act, 2000,

Karen Chan of Oshawa

be appointed as a non-member councillor on the Council of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, for a fixed term of three (3) years effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
