On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, c.16,

John Jensen

be appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the sooner of 9 months or the appointment of a full term Chief Executive Officer, effective Monday, April 17, 2017.
