On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Fatima Sheikh was appointed as part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective August 10, 2023, by Order in Council O.C.1124/2023;

And whereas Fatima Sheikh tendered her resignation effective October 17, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5.1(2) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1124/2023 be revoked effective October 17, 2025.
