On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The proclamation declaring that Family Day, the third Monday of February of every year, is a holiday, pursuant to the Retail Business Holidays Act and of the Legislation Act, 2006, be amended in the form set out in the Schedule.
