On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tony Francis was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 8, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 951/2021;

And whereas Tony Francis tendered his resignation effective March 1, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 951/2021 be revoked effective March 1, 2023.
