On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 886/2020, dated June 4, 2020, James F. Turner was appointed as a member of the Township of Atikokan Police Services Board.

And whereas James F. Turner has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 886/2020, dated June 4, 2020, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
