On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1506/2020 dated November 12, 2020 appointed Carol Crowe of Tiny as a member of the Ontario Honours Advisory Council effective November 12, 2020;

And whereas Carol Crowe has passed away;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1506/2020 be revoked, effective the date of this Order in Council is made.
