On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Catherine Bickley was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 67/2018 dated January 18, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Catherine Bickley of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
