On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sharyn Vincent was appointed a full-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board on June 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1086/2016;

And whereas the Ontario Municipal Board is continued under the name Local Planning Appeal Tribunal effective April 3, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017, Sharyn Vincent of Toronto be reappointed a full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a period effective June 27, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
