Order in Council 700/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Municipality of North Middlesex, County of Middlesex, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, described below as:

Part of Lot 10, Concession 1, in the Geographic Township of McGillivray, Municipality of North Middlesex, County of Middlesex, shown as Part 2 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Middlesex as Plan 33R-19104 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1691-84), be:

designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to Section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended,
