On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,

Karen Monica Machado of Thunder Bay

be reappointed as a member of the City of Thunder Bay Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed 18 months, effective from the later of January 19, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
