Order in Council 708/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of North Himsworth, in the Municipality of Callander, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-7100-4, being a Designation Plan filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeast Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 13^th day of May, 2020 be designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
2. the designation as the King’s Highway by Order in Council O.C. 2182/90 effective August 28, 1990, shown on Ministry Plan P-2910-130 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as LT182074, be revoked pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
