On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act, O.C. 329/2025 dated January 28, 2025 reappointing Robert Douglas Gale as a member and redesignating him as chair of the Niagara Parks Commission be revoked, effective December 18, 2025.
