On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Paul J. Barnes, Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective January 29, 2026.
