On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 734/2023, effective June 1, 2023, Michelle Eaton was appointed as a member of the Council of the College of Early Childhood Educators;

And whereas, Michelle Eaton has submitted a notice of resignation from such position effective February 23, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 8(2)(b) of the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007, Order in Council 734/2023 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
