On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Jennifer Scott of Scarborough be appointed full-time member and Associate Chair of the Ontario Special Education (English) Tribunal and the Ontario Special Education (French) Tribunal for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending February 21, 2019.
