On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 982/2009, dated June 3, 2009, Dr. Alayne Kealey was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Alayne Kealey has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 31, 2004;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 982/2009, dated June 3, 2009, appointing Dr. Alayne Kealey as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
