On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1), 14 (1.2) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, Robert Fuller of Simcoe be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as a Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002, to serve for a period of five years effective June 3, 2026, to June 2, 2031.
