On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Ulana Pahuta of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending March 3, 2027.

Further, whereas Ulana Pahuta was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective March 4, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 221/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 221/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
