On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of Ontario Regulation 4/22 made under the Development Corporations Act,

Mark Daley of London

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of May 29, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
