Order in Council 789/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sean Murphy, of Ottawa, was appointed as a member of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective April 2, 2026;

And whereas it is necessary to revoke the appointment of Sean Murphy;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008, as amended, Order in Council O.C. 505/2026 appointing Sean Murphy to the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
