On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee of Sean Rootham of Barrie by Order in Council 1560/2025 dated December 4, 2025, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made, as Mr. Rootham has resigned and no longer wishes to serve on the Committee.
