On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 3 of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act,

Justin Mooney of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as chair of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of the date this Order in Council is made or April 16, 2026.
