On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 70(2) and 71(1) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Anthony Warr of Uxbridge be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of five years, effective August 26, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
