On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Place Corporation Act,

Jennifer Stewart of Toronto

be appointed as a member and designated as chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Place Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 1 year and the first instant of the day that section 3 of Schedule 31 of the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
