Order in Council 803/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Ian Speers of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Ian Speers was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 21, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 74/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 74/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
