On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended,

Joseph Zubek of Mississauga

be appointed as Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective from the later of April 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
