On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996,

Mary Jane Campigotto of Windsor

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of one year, effective May 2, 2017 to and including May 1, 2018.
