On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, O.C. 801/2023 dated June 9, 2023 re-electing Manjit Khaira as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
