On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gobinder Singh Randhawa was reappointed a part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective July 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1014/2016;

And whereas Gobinder Singh Randhawa tendered his resignation effective April 1, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1014/2016 be revoked effective April 1, 2018.
