On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be reappointed as a part-time Psychologist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective February 4, 2017 to and including February 3, 2022.
