On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16, Tony Marquis, of Barrie, be reappointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on June 15, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026.
