On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21 (2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Barry Fisher of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the Public Service Grievance Board on an urgent basis for a fixed term of six months, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
