On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, the Honourable Stan Cho, Minister without Portfolio, is designated as Associate Minister of Transportation (Transit-Oriented Communities), Ministry of Transportation, with any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Premier and the Minister of Transportation.

And further, that Order in Council O.C. 966/2019, dated June 20, 2019, is hereby revoked.
