On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas eight positions of Special Advisor, Agent-General, accountable to the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, were established or continued by Order in Council 1603/2024 (the “Order”);

And whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario, clause a of section 1 (Special Advisors – Establishment of Positions) of the Order is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

  1. The Special Advisor, Agent-General (London, United Kingdom) position is hereby continued for a period ending no later than July 14, 2027.
