On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Laura Bradbury of Toronto was appointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1971/2016.

Ms. Bradbury will be resigning effective June 30, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1971/2016 is revoked effective June 30, 2019.
