On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John L. O'Kane was appointed a part-time member of the Mining and Lands Tribunal for a term ending July 17, 2019, effective April 1, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 409/2018;

And whereas John L. O'Kane tendered his resignation effective April 4, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, Order in Council O.C. 409/2018 be revoked effective April 4, 2018.
