On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Royal Ontario Museum Act,

Matthew Gibson of Toronto

be appointed as a trustee of the board of trustees of The Royal Ontario Museum for a fixed term of 3 years, effective the later of December 31, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made.
