On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gulzar Ladhani was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 838/2023 dated June 22, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Gulzar Ladhani of Oakville be appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two-years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
