Order in Council 862/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

A proclamation in respect of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 be issued in the form set out in the Schedule.
