On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

writs be issued for by-elections to be held in the Electoral Districts of Kanata - Carleton and Scarborough - Guildwood rendered necessary because of the resignations of Merrilee Fullerton and Mitzie Hunter, members for the said electoral districts,

  1. the day for the close of nominations and the grant of a poll where required shall be Thursday, July 13, 2023;
  2. the day for the taking of a poll shall be Thursday, July 27, 2023.

This order is made under section 9.1 of the Election Act.
